Dr Jane Bursle

About

Dr Bursle completed her MBBS through the University of Queensland in 2006 with first class honours. She completed her radiology training at Royal Brisbane and Women's Hospital. In 2013 and 2014, she went on to complete her fellowships at the Mater Children's Hospital in Brisbane and then at the BC Children's Hospital in Vancouver, Canada in paediatric radiology.

Prior to joining Queensland X-Ray in 2022, Dr Bursle held a position as Consultant Radiologist at Royal Brisbane and Women's Hospital, with a heavy focus on adult neuroradiology including seven years experience in neuro-oncology, general neurology and epilepsy imaging as well as neonatal imaging. Along with working for Queensland X-Ray, Dr Bursle currently holds a position as Consultant Paediatric Radiologist at Queensland Children’s Hospital.

Dr Bursle is a member of the Society for Paediatric Radiology (SPR), American Roentgen Ray Society (ARRS) and the Australian and New Zealand Society for Neuroradiology (ANZSNR).
