Our BPAY biller code is 123117. You will require your unique reference number which can be found at the bottom of your invoice.
Phone
Call our patient accounts line directly on 1300 288 597 to pay your invoice. Use the reference number located in the 'Phone Payments' section at the bottom of your invoice.

Yes. Your account can be paid in person at any Queensland X-Ray practice.

Depending on how you pay your account, we can lodge your claim either directly to your nominated bank account registered with Medicare, or in some cases, we can process an instant claim where the rebate is refunded straight onto your Savings or Cheque card.

If transmitted instantly these funds will be available straight away on your Savings or Cheque card, however if transmitted manually to Medicare these funds should be in your nominated bank account within 48 hours.
