About

Dr Bastian-Jordan undertook his radiology training with the University of Queensland through the Princess Alexandra Hospital in Brisbane. He has subsequently undertaken fellowships in MSK with Queensland X-Ray and in Abdominal and Cross-sectional Imaging through the Schulich School of Medicine and Dentistry at Western University in London, Ontario, Canada.

Dr Bastian-Jordan joined Queensland X-Ray in 2013 and currently holds an adjunct professor position at Western University, where he continues his research in prostate MRI, rectal cancer staging, and liver imaging. In 2025, he was appointed Chief Medical Officer of Queensland X-Ray.
