About
Dr Patel studied medicine at University of Auckland and was awarded a senior scholarship in pre-clinical years followed by General Practice prize in his final year. He commenced employment with Waikato Hospital (NZ) in 2002 as a resident doctor and in 2007 began training in radiology, on a RANZCR approved training programme. In 2012 Dr Patel took up the position of an advanced trainee in cross-sectional imaging including PET/CT at Princess Alexandra Hospital, Brisbane. He joined Queensland X-Ray in 2013.

Cross-sectional imaging, neuro-imaging and image-guided intervention.
