About
Dr Emel Allan graduated with a Doctor of Medicine degree from Karadeniz Teknik University, Turkey in 2006.
She was awarded a fellowship by the RCR in 2015 and completed her specialist training in Clinical Radiology at The West of Scotland Radiology Training Scheme, Glasgow, United Kingdom, in 2018. Dr Allan gained comprehensive clinical and radiological experience throughout the United Kingdom before relocating to Australia in 2018.
She completed further fellowship training in Breast Imaging and Body Imaging at the Fiona Stanley Hospital, Perth. She was awarded her fellowship by the RANZCR in 2021.
Dr Allan joined Queensland X-Ray in 2024 as a Radiologist from our Gold Coast locations.
Dr Allan also works as a Breast Radiologist at BreastScreen Queensland, Gold Coast.

Breast imaging, women's imaging, abdominal imaging and general radiology.
