Want your results online? No worries.
At Queensland X-Ray, we provide our patients with their images and results online. To access your images and results, you’ll need to register for an account when you visit one of our practices.
Once you’ve registered, a text message will be sent to you shortly after. This text will have important information in it that will guide you through the account creation process.
Your images will be made available on the same day, with your report made available 14 days after your appointment.

How can I create an account?
When you next visit Queensland X-Ray, our front desk team will ask for your mobile phone number or email address, so they can send you a link. Shortly after, you’ll receive a link with the necessary details allowing you to create an account.
Once you have created an account, your images will be available approximately three to four hours after your appointment. Your report will be available fourteen days after your appointment.
Why won’t it save my password?
When creating a password you’ll need to make sure you include 6 characters including one capital letter, one number and a special character such as ! or $ or #. For example Queensland17$.
How do I unsubscribe?
If you no longer want to receive your results online please let us know by emailing patienthelp@qldxray.com.au with your full name and date of birth.
I’m having trouble viewing my results
To ensure you have time to visit your referring doctor, reports are not released until fourteen days after your appointment with Queensland X-Ray. You should have your images three to four hours after your appointment.
If the delay is greater than this, please complete the support request form below and someone from our team will be in contact with you shortly.
Please note results will only be available for 12-months.
I’ve drawn on an image but when I go back to it, it isn’t there
Your drawings on images do not save to our system. To save your image click on the save icon and save it to your device.
I’d like to request an appointment

Why hasn’t my activation text message come through yet?
Sometimes it takes up to 24 hours after your appointment for the activation text to arrive. If you’ve waited 24 hours then please email patienthelp@qldxray.com.au with your full name and date of birth and we’ll resend.
Why can’t I see my report yet?
Your report will arrive fourteen days after your appointment for that particular study. If you’ve waited for fourteen days and it still hasn’t arrived, please email patienthelp@qldxray.com.au with your full name and date of birth.
My username and password are not working
If your username (which should be your mobile phone number) and password (which you will have created when you activated your account) are not working, please use the ‘Forgot password?’ link on the login screen.

My report has very little information in it
To ensure you have had time to visit your referring doctor, reports are not released for fourteen days after your appointment. If you haven’t done so already please make an appointment with your referring doctor.
If it has been more than fourteen days and you still can’t see the report, please complete the support request form below and someone from our team will be in contact with you shortly.
How do I search for images?
Viewing the results section will show all results available in your account. If you would like to find a specific report or image go to the results section and use the filter input field.
Please note only results from the past 12 months are available.
