Kmart Wishing Tree

Each year, Queensland X-Ray proudly supports a range of charitable organisations that make a meaningful difference in the lives of those in need. For 2025, we are pleased to announce that our official Christmas charity will be the Kmart Wishing Tree Appeal, in partnership with The Salvation Army.
Now in its 38th year, the Kmart Wishing Tree Appeal is one of Australia’s most recognised Christmas giving programs. Through their partnership with The Salvation Army, the appeal provides gifts and essential items to thousands of Australians experiencing hardship each year.
By supporting this long-standing appeal, we aim to create a more visible and engaging experience for our team members while helping bring comfort and joy to individuals and families in our local communities facing hardship this festive season.

Emmanuel City Mission

Queensland X-Ray is focused on finding ways to support the local communities in which we operate. Our partnership with Emmanuel City Mission is a key part of this effort and has been ongoing for several years.  Emmanuel City Mission, a local institution in the Southbank precinct, provides crucial support to just under 400 individuals daily. Together, we are dedicated to making a difference in the lives of vulnerable people in our community.

Currumbin Wildlife Hospital

In line with Queensland X-Ray's sustainability initiative, we are proud to support Currumbin Wildlife Hospital's donation of used (bio-fluid-free) towels to aid with the rehabilitation of injured or sick animals. Our donated huck towels have played a significant role in treating and rehabilitating hundreds of Rainbow Lorikeets affected by the Lorikeet Paralysis Syndrome (LPS) outbreak in South East Queensland. 

Currumbin Wildlife Hospital is one of the busiest wildlife hospitals in the world. Its mission is to treat, rehabilitate and release Australian wildlife.

Cherish Women's Cancer Foundation

Cherish is a not-for-profit organisation that exists to raise funds for and awareness about gynaecological cancer. Each year in Australia, over 5,000 women, including young women, are diagnosed with gynaecological cancer.

Queensland X-Ray has proudly supported the foundation since its inception in 2012.
