Dr Reza Reyaldeen is a consultant cardiologist with staff appointments within Metro South Health. He undertook his advanced training in cardiology as well as an echocardiography fellowship at the Princess Alexandra Hospital in Brisbane. He went on to further sub-specialise having recently completed a two year Advanced Cardiac Imaging Fellowship at the Cleveland Clinic, USA. He has advanced credentialing and the highest level of training in echocardiography, cardiac CT and MRI.
As a senior lecturer at the University of Queensland, Dr Reyaldeen is committed to medical education and has a keen interest in research having published extensively in several aspects of cardiology and cardiac imaging. His special interests include imaging for structural heart interventions, pericardial, aortic and infiltrative cardiac diseases.
