About
Dr Prather completed a Bachelor of Science with Honours at University of Queensland before being awarded a Bachelor of Medicine/Bachelor of Surgery from the University of Sydney in 2004. In 2012 she completed a fellowship at Royal Children’s Hospital Brisbane in Paediatric Radiology.
In 2013, she joined Queensland X-Ray as a fellow in Women's Imaging and Musculoskeletal MRI. She was awarded fellowship with the Royal Australian and NZ College of Radiologists later that same year and has been a consultant Radiologist with us since that time. Dr Prather has a subspecialty interest in Women's Imaging, in particular breast imaging and breast cancer diagnosis.
