Dr Prather completed a Bachelor of Science with Honours at University of Queensland before being awarded a Bachelor of Medicine/Bachelor of Surgery from the University of Sydney in 2004. In 2012 she completed a fellowship at Royal Children’s Hospital Brisbane in Paediatric Radiology.
In 2013, she became a Fellow of the Royal Australian and NZ College of Radiologists before joining Queensland X-Ray as a consultant Radiologist.
