Last week, Queensland X-Ray officially launched our new Practice at North Queensland Cowboys Stadium, which is our 7th location in the region. This new practice expands our radiology services and offers a wide range of medical imaging services, including advanced musculoskeletal imaging, with a focus on sports imaging.
Leading the new practice is Dr Peter Brookfield, an experienced radiologist with a deep understanding of sports medicine, under the guidance of Townsville Managing Radiologist Dr Alan Boles.
“Being based at the stadium gives us a great opportunity to support our local sports teams. Medical Imaging can support quicker recovery, injury prevention, and long-term musculoskeletal health.
“Our services extend beyond sports imaging. Whether it’s an injury sustained on the field or supporting a general health concern, our team is committed to delivering expert imaging and exceptional care,” said Dr Peter Brookfield, Radiologist.
