Make a Payment

We appreciate payment in full at the time of the appointment.

To claim any rebates from Medicare, you will need your invoice, and
receipt of payment.

Telephone and Internet banking using BPAY:

Patients can contact their bank, credit union or building society to make a payment directly from their cheque or savings account using BPay. Our BPay biller code is 123117. Patients will need their specific reference number which can be found at the bottom of the invoice. We will post a receipt to you within 72 hours of receiving your payment.

Telephone:

Patients can call the Queensland X-Ray practice on the telephone number listed on the invoice, or contact us on 1800 77 99 77. Details from the payment slip on the invoice and Visa, American Express or Mastercard credit card details will be required when you call. 

Mail:

Payment can be made via post. Please send the payment slip which is located at the bottom of the invoice or statement along with a cheque or money order made payable to "Queensland X-Ray". Payment by credit card can also be made, by filling in the necessary details on the payment slip. We accept Visa and Mastercard and American Express. Please post to the postal address listed on the invoice.
